Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at HonorVet Technologies. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical equipment and tools for use in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Research production equipment solutions and develop new or modify existing equipment designs.
- Design, develop, and implement mechanical equipment and tools (e.g., machinery, machine attachments, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, etc.).
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and associated processes to optimize utilization, uptime, and production yield.
- Liaise with and conduct training for the Technology Transfer and Production Groups on new equipment and associated processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you should have advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 5 years relevant experience). Key responsibilities may include managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
