Key Responsibilities:
* Assist sensory team on various sensory projects, including Descriptive Analysis (DA), consumer guidance, difference panels, and team tastings
* Prepare samples and references for panel testing
* Maintain the cleanliness of the lab, adhering to Cargill Food Safety, EHS, and PPE policies
* Complete weekly Master Sanitation checklist
* Manage inventory of supplies and perform miscellaneous data entry
Requirements:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Lab experience preferred
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on a deadline basis
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3-6 months of lab experience
* Kitchen experience or home cooking experience
