In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have :
10 years of relevant design experience.Expertise in designing for conversational AI technologies, including virtual assistants, chatbots, NLP / NLU, LLMs, or related fields.A portfolio demonstrating innovative and effective product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys, particularly in conversational AI.Proven experience producing high-fidelity specifications for scalable design systems and frameworks.Strong advocacy for design value, influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Track record of improving design processes across organizations.Experience in full product development lifecycles for web and software applications.Familiarity with prompt engineering and its application in conversational AI solutions and the underlying technology is a major plus.
Education :
BA / BS degree, higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fieldsExperience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and / or software applications.Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
