Job Description:
As a Sales Representative you will be called upon to sell commercial printing products and services to a variety of retail, advertising, education, manufacturing, fashion, and other business-to-business market segments. Individuals must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Develop a plan to meet new contacts and potential customers through cold calling and networking. Show how Honsa-Binder Printing can provide their need for printing services
- Develop strong business relationships with existing and new customers by showing them how Honsa-Binder can help them achieve their goals.
- Sell a full line of printing services to local, regional, and national businesses.
- Work cohesively with the experienced Honsa-Binder team to build and maintain customer relationships and provide great customer service. We are all in this together.
- Develop and deliver presentations or proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing, and implementation plans.
- Utilize the many years of experience Honsa-Binder brings to the table to effectively present a total solution to the customer.
- Submit all requested quotes and work with the estimating team to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management regarding sales metrics.
Requirements:
- Independent, self-motivated sales professional that can work independently.
- Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Driven to produce a high level of sales performance and earning potential.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Dynamic, outgoing personality with the ability to network.
