We are looking for a strong and vibrant presence to be one of the faces of our front office team. This part time event coordinator role is the heart of our company.
Requirements:
- Welcoming and professional phone presence
- Detail oriented
- Office 365 proficient (specifically in Word and Excel)
- Basic knowledge of local demographics
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset
Responsibilities:
- Expectation of 75 phone calls daily
- Schedule weekly fundraising events
- Establish and maintain relationships with stores managers
- Managing events and address all potential problems that may occur
- Handle day-to-day administration of events and programs
- Work within and updating spreadsheets
- Organize and coordinate team road trips to explore new territories and conducting in-depth research
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
