Job Summary : System Support Specialist
Minimum Compensation : $35.00 - $42.00 / hour
Mano Lani, LLC has an opening for a System Support Specialist position to join our rapidly growing team in San Diego, CA. Mano Lani is a leader in physical and cyber security, financial management, logistics, and facilities management.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data for the federal government
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Ability to work with various Navy and Marine Corps Systems
- Works well in a team environment
- Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required or equivalent experience
- Current certifications in all the following shipboard Applications : Patriot and Local Area Network (LAN) systems
- 10 years of recent hands-on experience working with NTCSS within the last five years
- Five years of recent experience working in troubleshooting network problems, ensuring network connectivity, analyzing hardware and software issues, and performing corrective and preventative measures on workstations.
- Five years of recent experience in conducting LAN training in seminar and one-on-one settings.
- Five years of experience in performing LAN administrative and maintaining NTCSS and LAN operations.
- Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderately to long distances may be required. Possible lifting up to 40 lbs.
