Job Description and Responsibilities
Tactica Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Security Specialist, Intermediate in support of PD SAI. This is a mid-level Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) position performing primarily at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD requiring occasional travel.
Typical Job Duties and Tasks :
- Performing as the assistant Security Manager for the Information and Personnel Security program
- Coordinating visitor security and control
- Operations security (OPSEC) and communication security (COMSEC)
- Security education
- Resolving administrative issues with all aspects of security management
- Preparation and presentation of briefings on security programs and administrative services to PM personnel
- Maintain and control government databases; interpret DoD Instructions and Army Regulations; and support for security and facility inspections
- SAI programs to ensure adequate measures are in place to protect their technology, components, and information
Compensation :
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

Maximum : $120,000

Physical Requirements :
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position requires typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing ladders to complete duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
