Hood Chiropractic is looking for an experienced Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team and serve with excellence. We are not looking for someone who wants to work part time or squeeze us in between other jobs. We are looking for someone who wants a career in natural health care and would love to grow with us! Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates would be a huge benefit to our office however, not a must. Our hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am until 6:30 pm. We are off on Wednesday mornings with hours starting at noon until 6:30. Friday afternoons are off with patient hours from 8:30 until 12:30. We have occasional weekend hours to share our mission with our community.
A Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant is focused on supporting our doctors as well as working directly with our patients throughout their care. We are willing to train you on our daily work, however, we know that to truly succeed in this position, you must love serving others, building relationships and thrive in a fast paced environment.
A Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant must be able to deliver outstanding customer service with a smile! This position is not for someone who desires a slow pace or who is uncomfortable with multi-tasking. Our top priority is to serve our patients with love and kindness!

-Providing excellent phone support
-Managing and directing client flow in a busy office for customer satisfaction
-Proficiently handling administrative tasks relating to patient files

Qualifications
- Medical administrative support experience
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong patient service and customer service skills
- Previous office and clerical experience
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette
- Typing skills with accuracy and speed
- Knowledge of EMR systems and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
