Hood Cleaners of America is looking for a suitable candidate to work as a Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technician in Buffalo, NY area and surrounding markets.
This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility. It requires traveling to different job sites on a company truck. Majority of the work is performed overnight into early morning. The candidate needs to have a clean valid driver license, fit to climb ladder, able to work with industrial power washer and able to work at heights. Full, proper training is provided to successful applicant.
Schedule/Compensation
Sunday to Thursday Job Schedule
30 hours work time at $19 an hour starting rate and $20 an hour after 8 weeks of training
10 hours travel time from job 1 to job 2 - $15.50 travel pay
The job duties include but not limited to:
Power washing of kitchen exhaust system including hoods, ducts, filters
Climb ladders to access rooftops
Set up and take down all equipment at the job site, including wiping down stainless steel, operating wet/dry vacuums, high pressure hoses and others
Take before and after pictures, emailing job reports
Maintain and report any deficiencies of equipment and vehicles
Communicate with customers, be able to work with others as a team a
Requirements must have:
Valid Driver’s License
Clean Driver’s Record
Job references are a must
Good attitude and team work oriented
