Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
- Conduct site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
- Foster positive client relationships and address concerns effectively.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects in healthcare, education, hospitality, or municipal sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- PMP certification (preferred).
