Hood Container is looking for a 2nd shift Production Coordinator located in our Allentown Packaging Services plant. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, innovative team player with production experience.
How You Will Contribute
2 years in a production/assembly environment
MS Excel knowledge and experience in data entry
Demonstrated analytical experience.
Experience with equipment operation and safety guidelines.
Must be team-oriented, organized, detailed, and able to perform some physical activities.
Must be willing to work overt-time and weekends when required.

How You Will Contribute
- Creating folders for each project, including all daily paperwork and production paperwork as well as running daily production reports.
- Creating all systematic forms for new projects and correcting errors as they occur to maintain correct data entry
- Ensuring correct information entered on new project worksheets. In the event of a new worksheet with insufficient or unrelated details attached, adding and removing details to create a coherent project worksheet.
- Prepping orders to be closed, ensuring project is complete and all products are pulled to complete order.
- Reconciling production folders upon completion.
- Managing and conducting physical inventories for materials and deducting inventory in MS Excel
- Communicating with our clients DC inbound/outbound team and our clients QA to ensure all shipments/returns are handled properly.
- Issuing and reporting of quality projects and/or rework for the DC
- Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
