POSITION SUMMARY :
Deliver finished goods as directed in a time-effective manner while focusing on safety and avoiding damage.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations.
- Maintain proper E-logs as required by DOT.
- Obtain proper signature from a customer and submit proper documentation to the shipping / receiving coordinator upon return.
- Communicate immediately about any refused deliveries.
- Deliver products safely to customers promptly.
- Operate a HILO when necessary.
- Report any problems with equipment to the supervisor.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the shipping dock area (inside / out).
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
- Always adhere to the safety and quality policies.
- Comply with the company's attendance / tardiness standards.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
