What You'll Be Doing
- Orchestrate Production Excellence: Partner with the Production Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll be scheduling production, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
- Empower and Inspire: Train, mentor, and motivate our team members, turning them into top performers. You'll be the leader they look to for guidance and support.
- Keep Things Running Like Clockwork: Oversee equipment maintenance, maintain meticulous records, and use your tech skills to input production data.
- Be a Problem-Solving Superhero: Tackle personnel issues head-on, working with the Production Superintendent to find solutions and foster a positive work environment.
- Be a Key Player: Participate in team meetings, contribute your ideas, and help us continuously improve our processes.
- Take on New Challenges: Embrace a variety of tasks and be ready to adapt to the ever-changing demands of our industry.
- Proven experience leading and supervising teams in a manufacturing setting.
- You're a natural teacher, skilled at providing hands-on training and sharing your expertise.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and production systems.
- Experience in the corrugated or packaging industry
