What You'll Be Doing

• Orchestrate Production Excellence: Partner with the Production Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll be scheduling production, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
• Empower and Inspire: Train, mentor, and motivate our team members, turning them into top performers. You'll be the leader they look to for guidance and support.
• Keep Things Running Like Clockwork: Oversee equipment maintenance, maintain meticulous records, and use your tech skills to input production data.
• Be a Problem-Solving Superhero: Tackle personnel issues head-on, working with the Production Superintendent to find solutions and foster a positive work environment.
• Be a Key Player: Participate in team meetings, contribute your ideas, and help us continuously improve our processes.
