Immediate Opening on 1st Shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) Mon - Fri.
What You'll Do:
- Safety first: Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Master our corrugator or converting equipment: Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
- Ensure quality: Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
- Drive efficiency: Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience: At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
- Technical skills: Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Safety focus: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
- Quality Mindset: Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
- Team player: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
