- Operate and monitor production equipment responsible for manufacturing corrugated boxes
- Responsible for the machine crews' daily activities specific to waste, efficiency, quality and uptime objectives
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, prefer at least 6 months
- Mechanical Aptitude Preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
