What You'll

• DoBe the Financial Navigator: Lead the plant through budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring clear direction and alignment with corporate goal
• s.Own the Numbers: Manage accounting operations, including G/L, inventory, and cost accounting, while ensuring accurate month-end closing and financial statement preparatio
• n.Champion Compliance: Uphold US GAAP and local statutory requirements and own the local cost model proces
• s.Unlock Insights: Collaborate with leadership to explain results, identify improvements, and manage projects through in-depth financial and data analysi
• s.Empower Decision-Making: Consult and educate leaders on complex financial and operational matters, providing clarity and driving informed decision
• s.Drive Financial Leadership: Develop and mentor your team, share best practices, and facilitate training to enhance financial acumen across the plan
