Experienced Quality Auditor for our Rural Hall, NC plant who will be responsible for conducting internal and external Quality Audits, documenting/reporting nonconformance's, responding to customer inquiries, and leading/directing daily activities of quality auditors within a fulfillment operation. Strong organizational, teamwork, and self-starter skills will lead you to success in this role.
How You Will Contribute
How you will contribute
- Quality Auditor will communicate with colleagues and teammates to have a strategic and first-in-class mentality.
- Assist with line verifications and line clearance verifications.
- Review/validate rejects and help problem-solve with production to reduce/eliminate using root cause analysis.
- Perform 1 st articles of inspection.
- Change incorrect lot codes as a result of data entry errors.
- Ensure the completion of all quality check sheets, production records, OTC reconciliations, and quality reject sheets daily.
- Assist Mock recalls as directed by Quality Lead.
- Maintain Quality Management System through daily walks and internal audits.
- Support all departments with internal and external quality concerns during a customer complaint.
- Support Management with all internal and external audits.
- Perform Quality/Data Entry daily tasks as needed.
- Proven Leadership abilities with the ability to direct/support Shift Quality Auditors
- Computer Skills – Excel, Word, Quality System, and Inventory Mgmt. Software
- Excellent Observation and Organizational Skills
- Effective Communication (Oral/Written) and Training Skill Set
- HS Diploma/G.E.D. Required with ASQ Certified Quality Auditor Desired
