Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong medical background. Work closely with IDT on infection control, antibiotic stewardship and staff development and education.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure data management compliance
- Implement patient care plans and treatments
- Conduct patient monitoring and assessments
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication
- Demonstrate knowledge of physiology and public health principles
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality
- Familiarity with MDS assessments
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience as a Nurse or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of medical records management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39.00 - $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
