Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Technician to join our service team. The Assistant Technician will support Lead Technicians in completing service jobs efficiently, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Job Site Support:
- Assist Lead Technicians in performing service tasks, ensuring jobs are completed to company standards.
- Set up and prepare tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after service.

Equipment Handling:
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment under the direction of the Lead Technician.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or damages promptly.

Service Execution:
- Follow instructions to perform specific tasks, such as cleaning, repairs, or installations.
- Document work completed, including taking before-and-after pictures when required.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) on the job.

Customer Interaction:
- Assist in providing excellent customer service by being professional and courteous at job sites.
- Communicate effectively with the Lead Technician and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED (required).
- Valid Driver's License
- 18 Years or Older

- Previous experience in a labor or trade role (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
