Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians. New hires will begin with hands-on training at $17/hour, learning the skills necessary to excel in this field. Upon completion of training and promotion to Lead Technician, you’ll earn a $700 base salary per week plus 10% commission on each job completed—providing significant earning potential based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and fans.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians on job sites.
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
- Document job details with before-and-after photos and complete necessary paperwork using company software.
- Maintain and restock equipment and supplies as needed.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
- 21 Years or Older in order to operate a company vehicle
- Experience in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in Field Work (HVAC, Lawn-care, Technician, Maintenance, Warehouse, Etc.)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a physically demanding schedule, including nights and early mornings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- ***Must be able to travel across states
