Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team and drive the sales of our hood cleaning services throughout Georgia. This position is ideal for a proactive and motivated individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building strong relationships. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients. This is a hunting position that requires frequent in-person visits to businesses to collect information and pitch our services

Key Responsibilities:

· Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

· Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.

· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target businesses, including restaurant owners, facility managers, and property managers.

· Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations to educate prospects about the benefits of our hood cleaning services.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address the specific requirements of each client.

· Negotiate pricing and terms of service agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements related to commercial kitchen cleanliness and safety.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

· Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our services and expand our network.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience selling services to businesses.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Knowledge of the hospitality industry and commercial kitchen operations is a plus.
