We are seeking an Office Manager, with previous bookkeeping / accounting experience. Our company has grown significantly over the last several years and we need the right person to jump in and keep us organized as we grow!
You will be responsible for the effective management of the back office duties of our locations. We have a CFO that currently performs most of the day to day accounting functions and need someone to jump in to help with the growing work load.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and coordinate mail, paying invoices, depositing checks, general bookkeeping of the company
- Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
- Meet with the executive team to discuss monthly reports
- Coordinate with office cleaners on schedule
- Maintain the office environment - snacks, group lunches, etc.
- Greet guests as they arrive and get them to the appropriate team member
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Ability to work on multiple sets of books, taking on additional work as needed
- Strong organizational qualities
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
