About the role
As Facilities Crew, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests during events. You will be working in a fast-paced, exciting environment and must be able to manage large crowds while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality. We're looking for versatile team players who want to fill a different task every day, from event set up to maintenance to coat check and everything in between. What you'll do
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment
- Ensure an immaculate first impression of our beautiful venue
- Show guests to their designated area and explain our policies & procedures
- Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work, including event set up and breakdown.
- Assist with maintenance of the space
- Support our guest ambassadors during daily service and private events
- Maintain a positive image of the Pirate Ventures brand at all times
- Working with Operations Managers, execute first-class events
- Work with our operations managers to ensure our event are run effectively and efficiently
- Attend daily huddles to gain knowledge and understanding of our various events and locations
Qualifications:

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Keen understanding that a positive guest experience is imperative to success
- Well-organized
- Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds for short periods of time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
