Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for welcoming them warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage seating arrangements and ensure efficient flow of guests to tables.
- Handle reservations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with food service operations and POS systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
