Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using a cash register system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
- Process payments accurately, utilizing basic math skills for cash handling.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.
- Uphold high standards of service quality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
