Job Description:
Our front desk team makes our members feel welcomed and reassured through their new journey. On a regular day they complete a variety of front desk tasks such as: answering incoming calls, calling & booking appointments, returning missed calls & voicemails, responding to Instagram DMs, and keeping the front desk area clean and well-organized. The front desk is also responsible for all sales, and will be put through mandatory sales training as well as weekly team meetings!
Skills and responsibilities necessary include:
-An optimistic attitude
-Strong customer service skills
-Sales experience is preferred but not necessary
-Full sales training will be provided
-The ability to create a welcoming environment to engage and satisfy our members and potential members

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
