We get very deep into sales training, following up with appointments, handling customer service, and other front desk obligations. We're HOOKED Kickboxing! Before I ask what we expect of you, we want to let you know what to expect of us. We're a high end fitness studio. We're dedicated to the people we serve. Our main goal is to help and transform the lives of the people we come across and to overdeliver on our promises. Our beliefs must match our message. Our front desk team makes our members feel welcomed and reassured through their new journey. On a regular day they complete a variety of front desk tasks such as: answering incoming calls, calling & booking appointments, returning missed calls & voicemails, responding to Instagram DMs, and keeping the front desk area clean and well-organized. The front desk is also responsible for all sales, and will be put through mandatory sales training as well as weekly team meetings!
We teach group fitness classes that include: Calisthenics, HIIT, Resistance Training, Kettle Bells, Light Dumbbells, Battle Rope, and Kickboxing! Although kickboxing experience is definitely beneficial, it's not mandatory in order to be an instructor with us.
What we want from you is simple. We want dedicated individuals who are educated in their craft and are also a willing learner. Leadership qualities are super important to build our team.
