What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Team Member position at HOOKED ON SUSHI?
Hi! Hooked on Sushi San Marcos is looking for friendly, customer-oriented cashiers/food runners.
Duties include:
- Greet all customers with a warm welcome
- Handle all methods of payment (cash, card) and POS/register (Clover)
- Handle different platforms of online orders (DoorDash, ChowNow)
- Take in-person orders, phone orders, and online orders
- Deliver food to tables
- Clean tables
- Give amazing customer service
- Memorize our menu
We really value these qualities in our candidates:
- Restaurant related experience
- Customer service experience
- Must be available weekends
