The Position:
We are looking for a dependable individual with great attention to detail to join our finishing team as an Experienced Spray Finisher in our Mount Airy, North Carolina location.
This individual will:
- Lift product onto finishing tables.
- Select appropriate finishing materials such as stain, glaze, & lacquer depending on the specific order and customer specifications.
- Use a spray gun to apply correct finish.
- Have a strong eye for color matching and apply right level of finish to product to meet customer standards.
- Move product in and out of finish area to other departments.
Candidates that will be a great fit will:
- Have at least one year of finishing experience.
- Be physically able to stand for up to 8-9 hours per day.
- Have strong attention to detail and desire to produce not just quantity, but high-quality products.
- Be goal orientated and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift: Mon-Thu 6:30am-4:00pm and Fri 6:30am-10:30am
Pay: Dependent upon experience
