Responsibilities

  • Legal Research : Conduct research on various legal topics and provide summaries of findings to support the firm's attorneys.
  • Document Preparation : Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Case Management : Support case management tasks, such as scheduling court appearances, preparing case summaries, and organizing case files.
  • Communication : Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, and other stakeholders as directed by the firm's attorneys.
  • Administrative Support : Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as paralegal studies or political science.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients.
  • Legal Knowledge : Basic understanding of the legal system and legal terminology.
