Responsibilities:- Represent clients in court and before government agencies, both in-person and remotely.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence and conduct thorough legal research.
- Strategize and plan meticulously for clients and cases, ensuring attention to detail in every cases.
- Daily use of an electronic case management system (Filevine) to keep files updated and organized.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, not just representation.
- Continuously staying informed about Nevada statutes and regulations by paying attention to trends and development s in our industry.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment and can work with several different deadlines.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly billing requirement.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Adaptable, flexible, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
