Job Description :
We are currently recruiting for a Front Desk Admin. Minimum Qualifications :
- Front Desk Admin experience including, greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Checking Faxes & VoiceMail, Calling Patients, Patient Nurturing, Checking Patients in and out, scheduling, collecting copay and Treatment Fees, Checking Referrals.
- Contact Insurance Providers, Insurance Verifications, Insurance Benefits & Authorizations, Create Patient Chart, Check Faxes, Proficient in Electronic Health / Medical Record (EHR / EMR) Experience
- Ability to speak, understand oral and written communication and write effectively in the English language.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in writing and verbally to patients, families, physicians, Management, peers and other internal and external customers.
- Collaborates with care team members to provide high-quality service to all our patients.
- Adheres to all clinical standards of Policies and Procedures, Attendance and Dress Code.
- The ideal candidate for this job will be energetic and be dedicated to help in providing high-quality of care to all patients.
- Bilingual in Spanish is desirable.
