Working with prospects, future clients, and existing clients as our Client Services Manager, you will provide exceptional guidance to individuals throughout their legal journey at Hooper Law Office. In this role, you will set the standard for what true customer service in the legal industry should be. You will work with our Attorneys and Staff to provide a seamless and positive experience.
We’re seeking a driven individual with a proven track record of excellent customer service and team leadership, with a knack for achieving goals. The perfect fit will be passionate about logistics, scheduling, business development, marketing, and process optimization, all aimed at boosting client satisfaction and growth. This person will guide our intake team in elevating the client experience from the first point of contact to case closure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the intake team as the primary point of contact for all law firm inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by offering personalized service.
- Oversee scheduling of consultations, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Ensure efficient scheduling for attorneys and paralegals for future meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients to exceed expectations and address concerns.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for a seamless client experience.
- Plan and coordinate seminars, public events, and participant engagement.
- Design messaging about the firm's services and processes for potential clients.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients for feedback and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor client experience and provide feedback to foster positive growth.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong educational background.
- A sales or marketing background would be helpful
- Legal experience or understanding of the legal field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in the use of technology, including Word and Outlook.
- Great organization and multi-tasking skills.
