We are seeking a Funding Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting clients with the funding of their trusts. Job Summary: As a Funding Coordinator, you will provide our clients with exceptional client support and assist them with making sure their estate planning process is completed. You will be responsible for working with paralegals, attorneys, financial advisors and financial institutions, guiding our clients to make sure their documents are complete and all forms are properly completed.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with members of the funding team to manage clients' needs.
- Communicating with clients by phone, email, and mail.
- Scheduling in-person meetings with clients to assist them with documentation when needed.
- Assisting paralegals in providing funding reports for estate planning clients.
- Reviewing, sorting, scanning, and filing documentation from clients as needed, and working with both clients and their financial institutions to complete paperwork.
- Assisting with various office duties as needed, including answering phones, following up with emails, and covering the reception desk.
- Coordinate mailings to clients and outside professionals
- Serving as a witness for clients during document signings.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
- Detail oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to use and operate printers, scanners, computers, postage machines, and other office equipment as required.
- Ability to communicate and interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work both as a team and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges.
