Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Experience in Long-Term Care/Medicaid Planning (Preferred)
- Licensed Notary or ability to obtain (Required)
Position Details:
- Full-time role based in our Appleton office
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Occasional evening or weekend hours as needed, scheduled in advance
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings
- Gather personal and financial information
- Organize and maintain client files
- Track important dates and deadlines
- Reconcile finances and confirm values
- Complete court and financial institution forms
- Draft legal documents and verify funding
- Write correspondence to clients and professionals
- Schedule for attorneys and paralegals
