General Summary :
Responsible for the tracking and distribution off tools and material for Hooper's Fabrication Shop and Jobsites. This role involves collaborating with office personnel, jobsite foreman, division leaders and management to ensure timely delivery of necessary resources.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Research and evaluate new tools and materials for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking tools across divisions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of tools and supplies.
- Maintain tool and equipment repair and calibration records.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify tool needs for Fab Shops and jobsites.
- Collaborate with Trucking Supervisor to schedule material and tool deliveries.
- Review quality of purchased products and ensure compliance with standards.
- Process tools and material requests and stage them for delivery.
- Inventory incoming tools from jobsites.
- Maintain inventory of consumable items in the tool crib.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
