What you'll do
- Provide clinical documentation in the form of nutrition assessments, high risk progress notes, and create care plans in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to ensure nourishing and well-balanced diets are provided to meet the needs of each resident
- Participate in Clinically At Risk meeting weekly
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to determine appropriate interventions for the residents
- Assist with survey readiness by completing RD kitchen observations and test trays

- Baccalaureate degree or other advanced degree in dietetics plus internship
- Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- All Registered Dietitians will hold a current Indiana license
- Long term care and nutrition documentation experience
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
- A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner
