What We Offer
- Job Type: 30-40 hours per week Temporary (June 2025 through mid-August 2025)
- Hourly Rate: $14.75
- Start Date: June 3, 2025
- Location: One internship opportunity is available at each of our service center locations in Indiana: Ellettsville, Greendale/Lawrenceburg, Bedford, Mitchell, Paoli, French Lick, Jasper, Chrisney, and Tell City.

Requirements
- Referral from Hoosier Hills Team Leader*
- Letter of Recommendation from Teacher, Coach, Employer or Supervisor*

- Mission and Service: Provide exceptional service aligned with Hoosier Hills Credit Union’s mission and Service Promises.
- Build Relationships: Forge and maintain strong connections with new and existing members, delivering outstanding service.
- Manage Transactions: Execute transactions and manage account service requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain Accounts: Perform transaction processing and account maintenance, addressing related inquiries promptly.
- Transactional Excellence: Ensure precise and professional handling of transactions and interactions. Adhere to security guidelines for transactions and account maintenance. Follow protocols for supervisor overrides, safeguard cash, and assist with account and Service Center procedures. Adhere to BSA/AML regulations.
- Member and Business Focus: Assist with online banking, statements, card activation, wire transfers, and general account maintenance. Act as a knowledgeable resource, support problem resolution, and always act in the best interest of the members.
- Recommend Products & Services: Identify and suggest HHCU products that meet members’ needs, enhancing their overall experience. Provide information on additional products and services that may help members achieve their financial goals.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members. Contribute to planning, share improvement ideas, and engage in self-evaluation.
- Grow and Learn: Engage in continuous learning and self-improvement to drive personal and team development.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Top-Notch Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication that makes every interaction impactful.
- Professional and Positive Attitude: A professional demeanor, and a can-do attitude that shines through.
- Analytical and Judicious: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions in various situations.
