Restaurant Manager: Must have a can-do attitude and an energizing work ethic. Responsible for all front of the house (FOH) and back of the house (BOH) guest relations,scheduling/supervision,safety and pace.
Must be able to create a fun, sports ambiance while providing excellent products and outstanding service. Will support and work with all members of the management team to build restaurantsales/profitabilityand ensure employee/guest satisfaction while upholding the integrity of the concept.
Achieves financial goals and ensures the restaurant meets or exceeds all functional standards including cleanliness, atmosphere, service, guest interaction, execution of food and beverage, and accounting (sales, purchases, inventory, payroll, etc.).
Exhibit good judgment and great motivational skills in a leadership role with staff.
