- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Familiarity with paint products and applications is highly desirable.
- Experience with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies tailored to the construction market.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes and client interactions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
