We are a dynamic and modern Toyota dealership known for our commitment to customer satisfaction, employee happiness, and maintaining a professional & welcoming workplace. We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Manager to join our already incredible team. Come help take our sales department to the next level. For 2024 we averaged over 400 units per month and our goal is to average 500 units in 2025.
Key Qualifications:
- Automotive Sales and F&I management experience is a must.
- Proven & verifiable track record of exceeding sales goals.
- The ability to follow proven processes and hold others accountable in a professional manner.
- Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Professional, courteous, and goal-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
