MAIN TASKS / JOB DUTIES / GOALS : Reports to Area ManagerBecome fully acquainted with the EoMobile System (entering orders, tracking orders) Grow sales volume in assigned territory / route.Execute and close sales callsFollow up and close any provided / gained leads : including researching new, potential opportunities within territoryObtain appointments and or cold call to aggressively pursue new accountsMaintain relationships with existing customers to maintain maximum level of customer satisfactionRegularly visit current customers to grow the existing business with accountSolicit new brands / product to customers dailyHandle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arisePlace and transmit appropriate orders for customers on a daily / weekly / monthly basisTransport, replace, and maintain POS / marketing materialPlan and attend events in cooperation with Vendors and Supervisor(s)Report regularly to management on weekly activities including goals, sales, prospects, and leadsAchieve sales goals as directed by Area Sales Manager Participate in work-with with managers, vendors and other HWB personnel Attend and participate in monthly Sales Meetings at HWB officesDeliver product as neededCapture Competitive information to report to Area Sales ManagerConduct in store tastings (where legal) at least once a monthBe accessible to customers and managersProvide route coverage where necessaryClean / troubleshoot draft lines and equipment as neededOther duties as directed or assigned by supervisors / managersSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Candidate must have proven track record of sales success in growing market share with current and prospective customers.
