THE COMPANY :

POSITION OBJECTIVE :
The Branch Manager is responsible for the profitability and efficient operation of the local Rycor Branch. Lead sales effort to attract new customers while retaining existing accounts. The successful candidate will collaborate with Executive Management in setting the strategy for short- and long-range business opportunities, fully understanding local government permitting requirements and timelines as well as hiring and training new staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate, monitor, and report on all activities while working collaboratively with other staff, governmental entities, and vendors to successfully launch new RYCOR locations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the Rycor Branch.
- Responsible for running Sales Appointments and converting them into projects until enough volume has been booked to hire a dedicated Comfort Specialist
- Branch Manager will then be responsible to recruit, hire and participate in training new Comfort Specialist(s).
- Responsible for the safe operation of the Rycor Branch. Ensures all equipment is in safe, efficient operating order, is properly maintained and that all employees are properly trained to operate the equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
- Lead sales efforts in market, ensuring achievement of sales plan for Rochester / Buffalo market.
- Execute sales plan focused on aggressive market penetration and rapid sales turnover.
- Meet with clients at home or place of business for face-to-face consultation. Review client needs. Take measurements and photos and put together a design plan for proper heating and cooling.
- Prepare and send out proposals, follow up with customers on unsold proposals, and process all sales paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintain high quality standards for all installations with a continuous focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Provides overall governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Responsible for selecting and recruiting appropriate candidates.
- Support an environment of continuous improvement by making suggestions and implementing them where possible.
- Maintain effective relationship with all internal and external customers.
