We are currently seeking a Lead Install Technician to join our team in Bensalem, PA. As a Lead Install Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various systems and equipment, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Overview:

• Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians
• Maintain accurate records of project details and progress
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to determine project requirements
• Supervise and train junior technicians on proper installation techniques
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in installation and maintenance of systems and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
