to maintain clean, sanitary conditions in the kitchen including all china, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and equipment.

This position reports to the Chef and Sous Chef.
Duties: include but not limited too
- Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen
- Collects bus tubs of dishes from dining room, wash using machine and replace in designated places in kitchen/dining room
- Collects dirty pots/pans from cooks line , scrub in 3 bay sink, ensuring to follow all sanitary procedures (wash/rinse /sanitize)
- Ensure proper chemicals are in place for dish machine and 3 bay sinks
- Follow all procedures as outlined by chef
- Safely and efficiently operates the dish washing machine..
- Ensures proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing.
- Removes from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged
- Helps Stock any items delivered food and non-food items.
- Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes.
- Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.
- performs all duties in adherence to Hop Haus standards.
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all guests and coworkers.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of Hop Haus
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience preferred but not required
