KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Marketing Planning and Execution

  • Craft strategic marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of HOPCo’s offerings.
  • Develop and articulate compelling product narratives and value propositions for HOPCo’s solutions.
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and materials tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and execute external marketing campaigns targeting business decision-makers, as well as strategies to engage patients and health plan members.

Content Development & Communication

  • Exhibit strong writing skills to create product narratives, marketing content, and sales tools.
  • Tailor content into multiple formats, such as presentations, web copy, email campaigns, white papers, and event collateral, based on audience needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop website and microsite content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with digital marketing strategies.
  • Support event preparation and execution, showcasing HOPCo’s solutions at conferences, meetings and focus groups.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Establish and track KPIs across initiatives and tactics, providing actionable insights to measure marketing performance.
  • Analyze ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and marketing efforts, sharing regular updates with leadership.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product development, and sales teams.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders, including the SVP of Marketing.
  • Interface with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team (communications, branding, and digital marketing) to ensure alignment and synergy across campaigns.
  • Drive collaboration across teams to maintain consistency in messaging, strategy execution, and customer engagement.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus but not required).

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in product marketing, preferably within healthcare or technology sectors.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (advanced level).
  • Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with experience converting content into different formats for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including website and microsite content development.
  • Strategic planning, organizational, and project management expertise.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to establish and track KPIs across initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to balance autonomy with regular updates to leadership.
  • Problem-solver with a growth mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong understanding and application of product marketing principles.
  • Strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Masterful written and verbal communication skills across a variety of channels and formats.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Proven ability to craft clear and concise messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to create and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Motivate and empower team members, creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Cubicle working space with desk, computer, monitor and access to printers.
  • Shared working environment with clinical and non-clinical departments.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Be able to focus on tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds on occasion.
