Qualifications
- Knowledge of the medical field to include musculoskeletal anatomy.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred.
- Minimum of one year of clerical experience. Experience in the medical field is preferred
- Awareness and understanding of healthcare.
- Facilitating in-depth evaluations.
Essential Functions
- Assist with developing and implementing quality assurance monitoring and/or activities.
- Perform quality assurance monitoring and/or activities as assigned.
- Maintain clean and accurate monitoring and activity records under organizational requirements.
- Analyze data, identify patterns or performance considerations, and provide information to the relevant stakeholder(s).
- Maintain the integrity of records and file processing.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports routinely and as needed.
- Coordinate, complete, and update stakeholders on quality activities.
- Prepare and document quality-related meetings.
- Assist with investigations, research, and training.
- Collaborates with stakeholder(s) to maintain and update company policies and procedures as needed.
- Provide support for staff as needed.
The Quality Assurance Assistant is responsible quality assurance monitoring, coordinating quality activities, preparation and documentation of quality-related meetings, and general assistance to the quality team.
