Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dog Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in grooming a variety of dog breeds and a genuine love for animals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services, ensuring the safety and comfort of all pets in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming services including bathing, cutting, styling, and nail trimming.
- Assess the condition of each pet’s coat and skin, and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs and aftercare.
- Handle pets with care and ensure their comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Stay up-to-date with grooming techniques and trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dog groomer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various dog breeds and grooming styles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a love for animals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification from a grooming school is a plus.
