Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a seamless experience in our medical or dental office. You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support to enhance the overall patient experience.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation related to patient care.
- Maintain an organized office environment by keeping records up-to-date and ensuring all medical terminology is used correctly.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Provide billing support and coordinate responsibilities with billing manager.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Experience in providing administrative support within an office environment is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
