What You Will Do:
- Welcome and Assist: Greet clients with a warm smile, document medical histories, and manage various services and treatments.
- Master Multi-Tasking: Juggle a multi-line phone system with ease, handle patient check-ins and check-outs, and manage payments and our drive-thru pharmacy.
- Communicate with Care: Effectively interact with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations and stellar service.
- Be a Team Player: Show your commitment to teamwork and support our clinic’s mission every day.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: At least one year of customer service experience.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multi-task efficiently, and a genuine love for working with people and animals.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work during our operating hours—Monday-Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 7 AM to 12 PM.
