Job description
Hope Autism Therapies is looking for a full-time Program Supervisor to provide services for our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental delays and their families throughout the Orange County area. $100,000/year until credentialed with major payors and $110,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience), following credentialing has been completed.
Job duties
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Design ABA Program
- Produce progress reports and treatment plans
- Develop and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism
- Develop parent goals and provide parent consultation/training
- Provide staff supervision/training
- Oversee RBTs and staff acquiring BCBA supervision hours
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Requirements
- MUST have a Master's Degree with a BCBA certification
- Experience providing services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Proficient in report writing
- Team player
- Professional, Responsible, accountable , reliable and excellent communicator
- Reliable transportation and clear criminal background
- Bilingual (Spanish)
